Outreach

Concord UU's most visible outreach project is the Community Plate Project. Each week we give away the entire Sunday offering to a non-profit organization or an individual or family in need - nearly $60,000 to date.

Our Social Justice Committee is very active promoting and contributing to social justice causes throughout the state.

In addition, the Concord UU takes a monthly rotation at Concord’s Friendly Kitchen, preparing and serving meals to homeless and financially challenged area residents, and prepares Easter and Thanksgiving baskets for dozens of families each year.
