Laughter Yoga combines Unconditional Laughter with Yogic Breathing. It does not rely on jokes, humor or comedy. Laughter begins as a group exercise, and soon becomes real and contagious. Multiple health benefits include increasing the supply of oxygen, boosting the immune system, and energizing metabolism. There are no physical limitations. You need only to bring yourself.
